Return & Refund Policy

### 1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within **30 calendar days** from the date you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- All tags, labels and accessories must be intact.

❗Important for Pet Supplies:
Opened, used, contaminated pet products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This includes pet beds, pet clothing, pet bowls, grooming supplies and food-related items.
Damaged or defective pet items received upon delivery are exempt from this rule, please contact us immediately.

### 2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom / personalized products
- Clearance sale items
- Opened pet hygiene and pet food products
- Items damaged due to improper use by customers

### 3. Return Process
1. Please send an email to support@calmweavehome.shop within 30 days after delivery, state your order number and reason for return.
2. We will send you a return authorization. Do NOT send back items without prior authorization.
3. Ship the item back using your preferred shipping method. Return shipping cost is borne by the buyer unless the item arrives defective, wrong or damaged.

### 4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method. It may take 5–10 business days for the fund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

### 5. Damaged / Wrong Items
If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect items, please contact us within 48 hours after delivery, and provide photos of the package and goods. We will arrange replacement or full refund at our cost.

### 6. Shipping
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
